Making an offer

My knowledge of the market will assist you in assessing properties that match your requirements and making a reasonable offer. This starts with an Agreement of Purchase and Sale. As your representative, I'll present your offer to the seller or their representative. It is common for the seller to make a counter offer. The process of negotiating between the Buyer and Seller can hours, days or weeks to complete.  Multiple documents may be needed and it can be confusing and frustrating. It’s my responsibility is to ensure you are informed and comfortable with the professional negotiations between the parties.
